My best friend is a nurse and I asked her the same thing. I find it moderately embarrassing. If we go out to drink, I have to come home as soon as the meal is done.
She talk to the doctors she worked with and told her to assure me it was ordinary. They did suggest that I talk to the doctor about it so he's aware of what's going on. Due to the inequality in your system, it causes this. It also have alot to do with meds. It's basically irritable bowel syndrome.
Please don't be worried, but only let your doctor know this condition is persistent. I've come to know that infallible foods, stress, lack of sleep, change contained by meds and other things can all effect it.
Good luck!!
You may hold an additional problem....Depending on the type of medication you are taking, diarrhea and upset stomach are common. But it is more adjectives to urinate often with type two diabetes.
You must be taking glucophage, or the generic brand called metformin, which can basis lots of stomach problems. Diarrhea being the biggest one...
You're going to have to see a doctor and own them re-evaluate your meds, I'm on glucotrol and avandia, both oral meds, and byetta, this one is an injection 2x a day, and this seems to aid.
I don't get sick anymore, like I did on glucophage, similar to your side effects.
talk to your Dr. it could be your meds[ gluafudge],[not spelled correct]., causes diarrhea , tummy anguish and other side affects
It is not normal. Have a chat next to your adviser..you do have an counsellor that monitors your status right?
I don't think it have to do with your diabetes. You might have irritable bowel syndrome. That happen when ever you eat or even take a bite of something It tend to go right through you and you have the runs and closing up in the bathroom. It is awful to have because my mother suffers from that. You may want to mention it to your doctor. Maybe he can endow with you something for it. It's very annoying for my mom. Good luck!
type two diabetics can develop difficulties beside their digestive systems. i was diagnosed with gastric?? when my doctor pushes on the top of my stomach, of late below my breast bone, it's uncomfortable for me. i have to rob protinix to help with the problem. i tend to enjoy symptoms that mimic heart burn and my stomach swells a little and i feel nauseated. it happen only once in awhile. stay away from overly processed food and swift foods and try to eat naturally approaching high fiber, foods such as fresh fruits, vegies, berries, whole wheat, full grain carbs, lean proteins, soy products, and low/non fat dairy products. drink plenty of dampen and green tea. if such an episode should arise before you see your doctor, try drinking some pure aloe vera found in form food stores. follow the directions. you can also drink some ginger tea or eat a little bit of ginger next to ice cold water. To minister to with digestive problems, some natural herb you can use are chammomile, cayenne, aloe vera, and papaya. exercise and dividing your food into smaller meals and snacks also helps. correct luck
What medications have you be taking? it could be because of some drug interaction.
