Why don't type II diabetics embezzle cinnamon to lower their blood sugar?
My glucose was 110 and after taking cinnimon for a month it was 67.
I don't similar to the flavor so I put it into capsules, size 00 capsules just about half full.
Just wondered why others don't use this.

there is no scientific reality of that perhaps thats why. my mother has type two diabetes i will see what happen if she takes cinnamon.
Oatmeal also helps lower blood sugar and cholesterol.

Fragrant Valerian root
Bilberry leaves

why don't they exercise, or devour right, or do cart wheels...conceivably it is because they are afraid of being healthy......or possibly it don't work,,,since i am fat lazy and cannot do a pushcart wheel i will try it.......hell eating that will be easier than working out,,hmmmmm I don`t know a cinnamin roll for breakfast for a month.......
I have never hear of this...I am new to diabetes so I am hearing that I should do this and do that...
