I am a type 2 diabetic near my bs beneath control. My final A1C be 5.9. How come I still urinate profusely?
I notice it more at night when I own to get up every two to three hours or so. I have also just this minute lost 45 lbs. and I am still losing. Do you think that I just drink lots of fluids and that this have nothing to do with the diabetes?

Maggie I whip it your a girl so prostate problems are not a issue. You could have a uti infection. Or as you say like mad of liquids in like mad out. I too have to get up every 2 to 3 hours to pee. Also I'm 5.9 on HBA1C. Mine is prostate ,plus a great deal of beer.
If you drink a lot, you're going to pee a lot.
