A Question to Diabetics: Do You Use.....?
Do you use Synthetic Insulin or animal Insulin?
If Animal is it from a Cow or Pig?
If you use Animal instead of Synthetic are there reasons?

I use synthetic insulin... :] Novorapid and Levemir.
People still use cow or pig base insulin? Who knew!? I believe the newer synthetic insulins more closely act close to that produced in a functioning human pancreas.
I don't surmise you can get animal insulin, I think it's adjectives synthetic anymore.

I guess I'm wrong. Serves me right for answering this question based on what I thought I know instead of looking it up.
