(type 1 Diabetic) Can I qualify for medicaid, or is within programs out near for type 1 diabetics? I necessitate support?

I am a type one Diabetic. Ive been one since I was one years behind the times. I am now 23 years old. I want help getting my insulin, and diabetic supplies. I am a struggling real estate agent (new to the game). I live beside my girlfriend in her house, but on paper I live beside my parents (my mail and everything goes to my parents house). I cannot afford my Insulin, medical supplies, or organization visits for my doctors. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

If I be you I would call the public helath department to see if they can offer any proposal. I think they would be able to share you if you qualify for Medicaid too.
