Your blood glucose level is high-ranking, so it is better to avoid sugar instead you can use any natural or artificial sweetner.
My suggestion is to follow lifestyle changes, use some diabetes unconscious herbs and diabetes yoga along with the regular treatment. After some days when the blood glucose plane is back to normal later you can use small quantity of sugar with your coffee as per you interest. Source(s): http://healthy-ojas.com/diabetes/diabete…

This would raise your blood sugar completely quickly and may cause you problems try using a sweetener instead of the sugar and you may be capable of have 2 cups of coffee daily sorry not sure what tg is Source(s): Retired nurse/diabetic
coffee noticeably.
Sugar... well you are the only character who knows how the little sugar will effect you.
I've known type 2 diabetics that could hold sugar in their coffee with no ailing effects to their blood sugar... and I knew some that a speck of sugar made their blood glucose skyrocket.
if you are unsure, discuss your diet with your doctor & nutritionist.
Not sure what you expect by TG, I am also Type2 diabetic; have been for several years; I use splenda sweetner, taste like sugar, made from sugar, but perfectly out of danger for a diabetic; use it instead!
TG - thyroglobulin -
congenital hypothyroidism
I guess?
Avoid stimulants such as caffeine drinks like coffee and colas. Smoking and alcoholic drinks also affect thyroid function
So, I would suggest a caffeine free coffee plus EQUAL !
