I am hypertensive & diabetic, 26yrs older, Can I pull the weights surrounded by the gym?

I recently I joined contained by gym, there i have to erect the heavy weights as per my coach advice, can permitted to do that as I am hypertensive and diabetic(though lower than control).
As it is for now, I would advocate against it, for medical reasons. Being hypertensive will place you at a position of a heart attack/stroke. Perhaps, visit your doctor, ask him/her to agree to you undergo a stress test, and use the results at a physiotherapy gym, where on earth the physiotherapists will give you prescribed exercises that will push your physical and physiological body appropriately and safely.

I appreciate that you may want to exercise with your friends, given your young age, but only a check with your doctor and physiotherapist might actually tender you and edge to best form and function, for now! Source(s): Nigel Chua
