*10 POINTS!!* How Do I Maintain My Blood Sugar Level, I'm Not a Diabetic?

Whenever I eat too much sweets or carbs, I get a street light headed feeling, go and get tired, my heart races, a bunch of side effects. Im trying to lose about 20 pounds as very well but this sweets/carb addiction is preventing me and giving me all those side effects. How do I maintain a polite blood sugar level? what should I eat? Thanks
Watch your diet- Keep foods big in sugars to a minimum. Develop a meal plan, according to the time during the daylight when you eat certain foods.
Exercise- Exercise help control blood glucose.
