Women 2-3 Carb servings, men 3-4 carb serving smaller quantity if your trying to lose weight. If you don't know then ask your doctor to refer your to a diabetic program. You can revise a lot that can save you from suffering and losing your eye verbs ,heart, liver, feet. These classes are covered by most insurance plans and should be free at your local health Department. It take about 10 hours split up in to three classes and a nutritionist that can explain it one on one. You don't hold to give up your life, but you do enjoy to watch what you drink and eat. Diabetics can have a lot of things at the moment, but in moderation. My mom is diabetic and drinks Crystal Light (not in a slurpee drink though - lately regular Crystal Light).
