I have need of sustain finding the blood glucose level for diabetics, and what is usual for up and down level.?
i'm wondering what is normal for diabetics blood glucose levels... mine seem to be 73 one minute and 140 the next.. it isn't stable at all.. it's up and down adjectives day. So I am curious on learning more.

The normal Blood glucose level is 80 - 120 mg% (fasting level) and upto 160 mg% within random samples...
In your covering or any similar cases wherein you get confused, best thing is :
1. carry a Glucose Tolerance Test (GTT) done by a reputed lab, after consulting your Diabetologist ! It gives you the indication of the glucose metabolism in the body ! !
2. Till you do that, a correct Fasting Blood suar and a post prandial Blood sugar even will give you the approximate idea..

Post Prandial Blood sugar level can go upto 140 or 160 mg% depending upon the technique and the laboratory !
