If a diabetic eat three square meal a year, what should he drink for snacks surrounded by between?

Alot depends on your diet and calories. I usually have a couple of crackers and a tablespoon of peanut butter, celery sticks and peanutbutter, cup of popcorn, just something small and pious for you. You could also have 1/2 cup sherbert or yogurt.
Okay .. what type of diabetic? Type 1 diabetics can have regular snacks contained by between as long as they cover them with insulin.

If you're a type 2 asking about low-carb or no-carb snack option ... you should spend some extra time in the grocery store sometime and look at labels to see what you can hold.

Meats are good. But you have to study, some meats that are breaded or marinated may have more carbs. Pickles are great. Salads ... just don't go nuts beside the tomato. Cheese is free, so are eggs. Nuts and peanut butter seem to be the exception to the rule. They have carbs but they don't affect your blood sugar even much.

LOL, MamaSmurf is getting a little cranky because I've been correcting her wrong answers. Snacks for both types of diabetes can be one and the same. But how you apply them can be different depending on the type of diabetes you have. Peanut butter affects a type 1 differently than a type 2, so it is big to know the difference.
That depends on deeply of things but I'd suggest "free foods" which mean you can eat however much you want of the food. This would include:
-peanuts
-sugar-free jello
-most meat

i eat carrot, celery, non sugar cookies, non sugar jello, just find what you like that doesn't hold alot of sugar but healthy, no more then a 1/2 cup of

Depending on what I own already eaten I will snack on celery and Laughing Cow cheese, mozzarella cheese sticks (skim milk ones), a sugar free cookie or two, piece of an apple, half of a small banana, some graham crackers beside peanut butter.Some of you seem to think that as long as you stick adequate insulin in your body, you can eat anything. Not true. You are supposed to be watching your diet, it does more than affect your blood sugar. And type 2 snacks are impossible to tell apart as type 1 snacks.
