Why do you shoot coke or heroin surrounded by your capillary , instead of fatty tissue close to a diabetic?

this is from some one who has never done drugs!!if you inject this stuff into your fatty tissue how long do you think it would run it to get into your system for your high!? and how long would it bring you to run out of places to inject it in if your skin does not heal for months after respectively shot?you can only be so fat.but consequently your brain is already fried if you are asking this question.
simply put.......because they get giant VERY FAST!!
