One thing it is!! it is a soft!! and we are to drink around 64 ounces of liquid a day!! The "specialists" adjectives say this should be water! But I suggest it includes any liquid you drink.

I refuse to provide up my 2 or 3 pots of coffee per day for any reason! Mine you can see is not a moderate amount. I cover the flavor of the marine with coffee! Maybe you use tea?

I agree with MamaSmurf. Just a few years ago scientists were adage that drinking coffee might actually prevent, or delay, the start of type 2 diabetes. Within the last year or two, however, they seem to be truism quite the opposite ... that drinking coffee certainly increased blood sugar levels.

Knowing this, I've recently be conducting my own experiment with coffee drinking. Although I'm a type 1 diabetic I have notice that drinking coffee does, in fact, increase my blood sugar even, though only marginally.

Almost all of the links I've given support the hypothesis that coffee drinking may help prevent, or delay, the kick-off of type 2 diabetes, but the one after the space below, which is from January 2008, seems to suggest that it makes it worse.

I don't focus so, and caffeine can actually cause the blood sugar to rise within some. But if it does not make your blood sugar rise, it is perfectly ok to own one or two cups of coffee each day. Coffee has really little nutritional value beyond caffine.

Caffine can help next to blood flow and does give you a little boost of oxygen contained by the morning.
