I have been taking Equal sweetener for a year very soon and notice my liver and my mental state of being have been very vandalize... and would like a different alternative....
I heard that splenda is better than Equal because it doesnt enjoy harmful chemical as in Equal...
but i also want to know would it be better to in recent times use regular sugar in my coffee or is splenda ok too if i dont have a problem next to diabetes... I found splenda is much sweeter..
Answers:
try "Stevia" an extremely sweet natural source sweetener, next to few calories per use.
Find it in your drug store.
splenda is ok and several diet drinks are ok also get some diabetic cookbooks and magazines to offer you new ideas opn things they immediately have spleanda brown sugar as well so grasp online and look around Source(s): im a type 1 diabetic
OK, anything that is inherent is better than something lab made. I used to drink splenda. A lot. Until I started getting joint pain, migraines (which I own NEVER had one before,) severe bloating, and bowel problems. So, I started looking around online for Splenda side effects. here are support forums for people who have have problems from it. I quit using it and the next day my bloating, mutual pain, and other stuff went away. While polite sugar is bad for you, I believe it to be better for you than Splenda. I do not trust any of those artificial sweetners. Just google "splenda side effects" and you will find all kind of stuff. I can say that I personally experienced 85% of the stuff you will read in the order of.
By far sugar, splenda is fake and grisly for you, worse than sugar. Splenda is made in a lab somewhere.
Splenda is better if you are diabetic. If you aren't diabetic, then small quantities of sugar are all right.
if you arent diabetic then i suggest sugar if you are not concerned about your counterweight b/c others like Equal and Splenda have toxic chemicals which may or maynot affect you in the longrun
If you're not diabetic, sugar should be fine in moderation.
basically, you would requirement to weigh the risks, and the benefits. If your not at a high risk for the disease, then you can shift for whichever you one. If you are, then you would need to take heed about what you choose
i bought my dad this natural leaf sugar.... it's call stevia...you can buy at wegmans...and places like that....it's natural and natural....he likes it....
Splenda's ok but after again it contains this harmful chemical called aspertain (wrong spelling sry ) which shortens you're time. I think regular sugar...although more calories is much better just use smaller quantity. Brown sugar is even better.
